The Aviary Recovery Center in Kentucky is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the facility's referral network and expand levels of care by engaging with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.

You will host community workshops, educate referral sources about programs and services, and serve as the liaison between the facility and the public to promote an exemplary image. This onsite role requires a strong local market understanding and multitasking ability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years in healthcare business development preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain referral sources and markets within healthcare.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with relationship management capability.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains primary sources and documents contacts in the CRM system.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; increases referral sources.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions and educates referral sources and the public.
• Manages leads and ensures an efficient admissions process with Admissions Department.
