Job summary

The Aviary Recovery Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow the facility’s referral network and drive admissions. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, social workers and discharge planners while managing activities in the CRM system.

The position is on-site and requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in healthcare business development; degrees in business, behavioral health

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related healthcare business development experience.
• Good understanding of local market and referral base.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains primary sources and documents contacts in CRM.
• Generates face-to-face meetings and admissions activity per goal.
• Liaises with Admissions, discharge planners, case managers and physicians.

Education

High school diploma

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business

Behavioral Health degree preferred

Marketing degree preferred
