Job summary

Villa Sport in Katy, TX is hiring a Recovery Associate on a part-time basis to maintain a safe, well-stocked recovery area and manage the appointment system. You will guide members to suitable services and deliver a consistently cheerful guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 5-star customer service, strong communication and selling skills, and prior spa or recovery center experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, with First aid/ CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will insure maintaining a well-stocked and safe recovery area, adhering to Villa Sport standards and task checklists. Recovery Associates will execute all responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor. They will manage the appointment system and guide members to suitable services, surpassing member expectations with a consistently cheerful demeanor.
