Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a passionate Alumni Program Coordinator to manage alumni engagement across our residential and detox services. The role emphasizes follow-up, resource linking, and event coordination to support recovery and community connection.

You will collaborate with our Clinical Director, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and drive engagement through calls, meetings, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming, etc.)

• Conduct alumni follow-up calls according to established timelines
• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow - up, resources, programming etc.)

• Maintain consistent and accurate Salesforce reporting
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources, in collaboration with Clinical Director
• Oversee all alumni Social Media pages, maintaining consistent activity and engagement

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred
• If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills
• Warm, engaging and dynamic personality; dignified character
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries
