Qualificações

• Personal lived experience with behavioral health and/or substance use recovery.
• Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to a strengths-based, person-centered approach.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Organizational and documentation skills to ensure timely reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Work collaboratively with clinicians, peers, and community partners to support individuals through crisis and recovery.
• Assist individuals in crisis with developing a crisis plan and linking to care.
• Facilitate engagement and help individuals feel welcome, safe, and supported.
• Connect individuals to behavioral health, addiction, peer recovery, and community resources.
• Build partnerships with addiction services, behavioral health providers, and peer networks.
• Document individual interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Empower individuals to become self-advocates for their recovery and wellness.
• Apply a strengths-based perspective to all interactions, providing encouragement and hope.
• Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Adhere to CPR policies and professional competencies.
