Responsibilities include records management, updating Boards and Commission databases and website, preparing correspondence and minutes, data entry, and assisting with special projects.

This position requires superior computer knowledge and skills, organizational and communications skills, requires initiative, attention to details, independent thinking, and ability to work with little supervision. Must have exceptional and proficient writing skills, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of general office procedures and routines. The Records Technician will assist with special projects as needed.

General administrative abilities – typing, filing, reception, customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking and work with confidential information. Ability to get along appropriately with co-workers and the public. Experience with records management, Laserfiche Software and attention to detail.
