McLennan Community College is seeking a Records Technician to provide specialized records, registration, and administrative support for Continuing Education programs. You will maintain student and course records, assist with enrollment and documentation, and ensure compliance with college and state requirements.

The Records Technician provides specialized records, registration, and administrative support for Continuing Education programs. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate student and course records, supporting course creation and enrollment processes in Ellucian Colleague, tracking required student documentation, and ensuring compliance with college, state, and program-specific requirements. They will serve as a primary resource for students, instructors, coordinators, and external partners regarding registration and record-related processes. The Records Technician serves as a part of the registration team in Continuing Education, reporting to the Coordinators of Continuing Education and exercises no supervision.
