Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and assign abuse reports from the Florida Abuse Hotline.
• Coordinate with FAHIS, CIS, and CCWIS on cases.
• Review databases for prior or open investigations.
• Provide clerical support for the Family Safety Unit.
• Prepare intake case records for CPI and CCWIS notifications.
• Archive case files and maintain rotation logs.
• Assist with mail, closure letters, and holiday shifts.
