Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports mailroom operations by sorting incoming and outgoing interdepartmental mail, delivering mail to branches, receiving and recording expedited delivery packages and affixing appropriate postage to items using a postage meter.
• Issues office supplies to credit union personnel and departments following established procedures.
• Processes mailed member deposits, loan payments and deposits through Remote Deposit Capture or scanners while ensuring personal teller activity and general ledger entries are balanced.
• Performs quality assurance of account documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Processes USPS returned mail to ensure member addresses are up to date across applicable platforms.
• Inputs records into corporate imaging systems via scanning devices or imported documentation and classifies results by type through data entry.
• Facilitates research requests for document retrieval and nightly settlement at the branch level.
• Reconciles settlement files with core processing results and submits to the Federal Reserve by the deadline.
• Receives, sorts and files daily work from branches and departments and assists in labeling and maintaining of records for cold storage.
• Escorts document destruction vendor and logs onsite destruction at Headquarters facility.
• Directs visitors to the appropriate location and notifies staff of their arrival.
