Responsibilities

• Adhere to organization policies, including HIPAA and patient rights.
• Monitor the release of information from request to delivery.
• Enter and log requests in EMR or Excel; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain knowledge of authorization requirements and related fees.
• Provide monthly chart deficiency reports and meet deadlines.
• Assist with scanning, archiving, and answering phones.
