Job summary

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Records Management Supervisor to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. You will oversee records processes and coordinate with PMs and management to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, active clearance, and a minimum of five years in NRC program support or related fields. Strong data analysis, MS Word/Excel, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with at least five years in NRC program management or related records support.
• Experience with DHS acquisition system and office automation tools.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials needed by the PM and Records Management Managers.
• Compose technical and administrative correspondence for approval and signature by PM or Managers.
• Support records management projects via manual entry and scanning efforts.
• Attend IPT meetings and support project information reporting.
• Maintain the action items log.
• Provide administrative support related to DHS records management systems.
• Support contract acquisitions logging and procurement activities.
• Research discrepancies related to contractor monthly reports.
• Guide Contract Data Entry Operator and assist Management in preparing, reviewing, and submitting records.
