Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Records Management Specialist to provide essential Cybersecurity and IT support for the National Indian Gaming Commission in Washington, D.C. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years' experience in records management, familiarity with federal compliance, and a Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications. Responsibilities include managing FOIA requests, maintaining records accuracy, and using Salesforce and SharePoint for data management. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of continuous experience in records management or information management.
Strong ability to manage FOIA/PA requests and correspondence workflows.
Must meet Public Trust clearance and federal compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform records management in compliance with federal privacy and legal requirements.
Support FOIA and Privacy Act analysis and reporting.
Develop PowerShell scripts for reporting and records tasks.
