• Scanning experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with records management systems or repositories such as SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Imaging records and using a records management system for search, retrieval, and data entry.
• Apply records retention schedules for retention, archiving, and disposition.
• Respond to customer inquiries and participate in records organization projects.
• Assist with preparing and shipping records; maintain daily activity stats; produce monthly reports.
