SCOPE OF WORK: The Records & Information Specialist administers, organizes, maintains, secures, preserves, and retrieves Land Management/Reservation Resources Department records in compliance with Tribal laws, federal regulations, and records management standards. The position serves as the Department’s subject matter expert, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and confidentiality of land, ownership, transaction, lease, legal, historical, and other official records. The Specialist also leads records modernization efforts, including digitization, electronic document management, retention schedules, and secure records storage.
