Job summary

Smile Doctors in Southaven, MS is seeking a Records Coordinator to welcome new patients, collect orthodontic records, and help maintain an on-time patient workflow.

You will capture X-rays, photographs and scans, relay new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors, and coordinate clinical records requests while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Some sterilization or equipment prep may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and families and orients them to the clinic.
