Smile Doctors in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring a Records Coordinator to manage patient records, capture X-rays and scans, and maintain on-time workflow in our orthodontic clinics. You will greet patients, relay information to treatment coordinators and doctors, ensure regulatory compliance, and support multiple clinic roles as needed in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
