Smile Doctors Affiliate is seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team. You will welcome new patients, obtain orthodontic records, and help maintain an on-time patient workflow.

You will coordinate with treatment coordinators and doctors, capture X-rays and scans, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role also includes supporting multiple clinic duties, sterilizing equipment, and assisting in smooth scheduling.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Captures X-rays, photographs and scans.
• Relays patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
