Community Partnership for Children is seeking a Records Coordinator in Daytona Beach, FL. The role ensures accurate filing of vital agency records and compliance with policies, including HIPAA.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a starting salary around $31,200+ DOE. The candidate will handle document uploads, file maintenance, audits, redaction, and information requests while supporting CPC’s records team.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in records or related field.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists with uploading documents in FSFN electronic filing system and My Jump Vault.
• Maintains daily file maintenance in designated areas with weekly checks.
• Conducts routine internal record audits on processes and documents.
• Provides administrative support at any CPC location.
• Processes verbal records requests.
• Redacts files for all records requests.
• Assists with processing client file information requests.
• Maintains tracking systems for documents uploaded in FSFN and MJV.
• Supports Records Supervisor in compliance tasks.
• Communicates with agency, clients, and partners on record inquiries.
