Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Records Officer III to join the Office of the Registrar. This role analyzes and maintains confidential student records to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, while delivering excellent service to students, faculty, and staff.

With a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, you will handle data entry, validation, and audits, and may participate in events and campus activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student coursework records for compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Calculate hours, validate accuracy, and update data in the academic record.
• Maintain integrity of student record data related to regulations.
• Respond to inquiries about legislative, technical, transcript, and academic questions.
• Process various forms and transcript requests; assist with residency processing as needed.
• Participate in events and provide back-up reception/call center support.
