Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking two Correspondence Management Analyst I to support the CRM division of DOJ in DC. This position is located in USA DC Washington USADCWAS01.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Tasks to be performed in the day-to-day operations include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving, processing, and maintaining active and inactive case litigation files according to DOJ and NARA standards, including data entry, filing, responding to file requests, and labeling files.
- Following standard procedures for opening, controlling, and closing case litigation files as per DOJ policies.
- Creating and generating DOJ numbers (DJ Numbers) in automated systems.
- Preparing and handling main case and enclosure files following DOJ policies.
- Performing manifesting of all case files in the tracking system.
- Tracking all case file actions in the automated system.
- Creating and generating interfile requests.
- Performing daily filing tasks.
- Using scanning equipment to convert physical documents to electronic formats upon request.
- Retrieving and delivering case files to Criminal Division personnel.
- Organizing and handling materials for archiving according to policies and NARA standards.
- Assisting with palletizing record materials.
- Participating in records quality assurance reviews.
- Coordinating with record specialists for file transfers and retrievals between offsite locations and NARA FRCs.
- Processing physical records, managing their movement, tracking, labeling, boxing, retiring records, handling special records, and preparing documents for shipment to the Washington National Records Center.
Required qualifications
- Ability to meet the skills outlined in the duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CRM clearance and meet security requirements.
- Experience as a Records Technician.
Hourly Rate: $23.86/hour
CGI is legally required in some jurisdictions to include an estimated compensation range, which considers skills, experience, and certifications. Actual compensation depends on individual circumstances.
