Job summary

Travel up to 25% may be required; requires 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Requires a two-year degree in a Business/Management related field and one year of related experience, or a high school diploma with two or more years relevant experience.
  • NERC Cyber Security Clearance – Safeguards Clearance may be required depending on functions performed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to index and retrieve records efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, prepare, and process records, determining retention requirements.
  • Convert hardcopy documents to electronic files and index data.
  • Operate image/micrographics equipment and perform QA reviews on data.
  • Provide records management support to engineering, technical, and administrative staff.
  • Travel to various district locations for outage and non-outage support.
