Omniplex is seeking a Records Technician in the United States, Virginia, to support case research, records analysis, financial reconciliation, and professional report preparation in a compliance-driven government contracting setting.

The role requires strong written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under strict contractual standards, with regular editorial feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience reviewing or summarizing documentation.
• Minimum 2 years customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce clear reports.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• High discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases and online research tools.
