Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Record Storage Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role supports warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour with a Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm shift. The position requires at least 1 year of experience operating cherry picker and forklifts, plus proficiency with inventory systems and scanners.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience operating cherry picker and forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and computer usage.
• Strong attention to detail and organized record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort products to keep flow moving.
• Pick and pack orders ensuring accuracy.
• Use scanners to track in/out and update records.
