Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Charlotte, NC. This role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Expect to prepare documentation, verify shipments, enter data into WMS, and maintain accurate records.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and Staffmark offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or clerical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory software, or shipping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Enter shipment, inventory, and order information into warehouse management systems (WMS) and other computer programs.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, freight movements, and warehouse transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, carriers, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Track shipments and update delivery or freight status as needed.
• Organize and maintain paperwork, bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, delivery receipts, and other logistics documents.
