Looking for Record Storage Warehouse Associate jobs in Charlotte where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Keep the flow moving - loading, unloading, and sorting products all shift long
• Pick and pack orders so they're right the first time, every time
• Use scanners to track what's in and out (easy to learn, we'll show you)
• Stick to safety rules - your crew depends on it

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience operating the cherry picker, sitdown forklift and clamp forklift
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to keep track of large volumes of records and maintain an organized storage system.
• The role often involves physical activity, such as lifting and carrying boxes up to 70 lbs.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management, record keeping, and potentially other warehouse-related software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and potentially with clients regarding record requests and other matters.
• Understanding of best practices for handling and storing various types of records.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Record Storage Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
