Kelly Services in Chicago, IL is seeking a Record Center Specialist Fork Lift Operator for the 1st shift. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to securely store and move records, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

This full-time role offers a steady schedule, a $20 per hour wage, and on-site PPE provided. Training and immediate start are available for qualified candidates with forklift certification. Assignment expected to last at least 60 days.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 8AM to 4:30PM, No overtime or weekend work expected

What’s a typical day as a Record Center Specialist Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating forklifts, order pickers, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently

• Handling heavy lifting up to 60 lbs frequently throughout your shift

• Ensuring proper storage, retrieval, and movement of records within the facility

• Following specific check-in procedures and orientation on your first day

• Reporting to on-site supervisors and collaborating with team members

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Hold a valid forklift certification (required)

• Are comfortable with frequent heavy lifting and physical work

• Can wear steel toe shoes (PPE arranged or provided on-site)

• Are available for full-time work, 1st shift hours, and can start ASAP

• Have prior experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse environment (preferred)
