Job summary

SERVPRO of South Frisco/The Colony is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead the retrofit and restoration scope post-mitigation. You will convert opportunities, document conditions, and coordinate with homeowners and adjusters to move from opportunity to signed job.

Responsibilities include site assessments, documentation, and ensuring scope adherence from sale through final invoicing, with after-hours on-call support and strong emphasis on customer communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background and the ability to discuss building trades, repair methods, and restoration scope.
• Insurance restoration experience with ability to assess a loss and scope work to pre-loss condition.
• Ability to read and interpret Xactimate scopes of work; prior estimating exposure is required.
• Experience with DocuSketch, Matterport, or comparable 3D documentation tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable MVR.
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in damaged environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive reconstruction opportunities after mitigation handoff and prioritize leads by urgency and potential.
• Respond to residential and light commercial losses, including after-hours opportunities when assigned.
• Act as front-line sales representative for the reconstruction team on losses from small repairs to large opportunities.
• Perform site inspections to assess damage and gather documentation for the scope of work.
• Provide detailed scope information to estimating team and review estimates for accuracy.
