Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing residential or commercial restoration projects.
• Strong understanding of reconstruction processes and project sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication with customers, field teams, and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from scope development to final completion.
• Be the primary customer contact, ensuring a professional experience.
• Review scopes, estimates, and schedules; coordinate with supers, subcontractors, vendors, and teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking deadlines and milestones.
• Provide project updates to customers and leadership, noting changes and challenges.
• Identify issues early and collaborate on practical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, photos, change orders, and progress notes.
• Assist with material selections, ordering, and coordination to keep work moving.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety standards, and Sasser Restoration’s expectations.
• Support a positive team environment through clear communication and accountability.
• Follow company processes and restoration industry safety procedures.
