SERVPRO is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager in Texas to drive qualified reconstruction opportunities from mitigation handoff to signed job. You will serve as the front-line sales and scoping representative, manage expectations, and coordinate with homeowners and adjusters to move opportunities through to final invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background with ability to speak credibly about building trades, repair methods, and restoration scope.
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Receive reconstruction opportunities after mitigation handoff and prioritize based on urgency and conversion potential.
• Respond to residential and light commercial losses, including after-hours opportunities when assigned.
• Act as front-line sales representative for the reconstruction team on losses ranging from small repairs to large opportunities.
• Perform site inspections to assess damage and gather documentation to support the scope of work.
• Provide detailed scope information to the estimating team and review estimates for accuracy.
