Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Minnesota to oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality, coordinating subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, building schedules, controlling change orders, and performing site quality checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as PM, superintendent, or supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in different construction phases.
• Solid understanding of residential building systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgeted vs actual expenses and change orders.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Xactimate estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.
• Lead scheduling, buyout, and coordination of trades; perform site quality control and punch-out.
