Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes, while coordinating with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, schedule/budget control, and strong client-facing skills to guide projects through complex rebuilds.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as PM/Supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases of construction.
• Solid understanding of residential buildings systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgeted vs actual expenses and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers and insurance professionals.
