Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure timeliness, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as PM/Supervisor.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in various phases of construction.
• Solid understanding of residential building systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience managing job-level financials including budgeted vs actual expenses and change orders.
• Ability to conduct site walks and work in active construction environments.
