Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects caused by fire, water, mold, and storm damage. This role focuses on reconstruction rather than ground-up new construction and requires handling multiple projects simultaneously.

You will coordinate with property owners, insurance representatives, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to move projects from authorization through final completion, ensuring schedule,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with insurance-related reconstruction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple reconstruction projects from work authorization through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and internal teams to maintain production timelines.
• Review scopes, estimates, and line items for profitability and alignment with project needs.
• Maintain project documentation, jobsite safety compliance, permits, and inspections.
• Communicate proactively with property owners, managers, insurers, and adjusters.
• Resolve scope changes and support change orders while protecting margins.
• Provide project forecasting, reporting, and updates to branch leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience that supports repeat and referral business.
