Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers to keep projects on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

Responsibilities include building and managing schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring site safety while communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases.
• Solid understanding of residential building systems and finish trade sequencing.
• Experience with job-level financials, budgets, and change orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
