Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead front-line sales and scoping for reconstruction after mitigation handoff. You will respond to losses, document conditions, develop scope, and work with homeowners and adjusters to move opportunities to signed jobs.

You will own the scope revisions, supplements, and estimate changes through final invoicing, coordinating with production for any additions or changes.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background and ability to discuss building trades and restoration scope.
• Experience estimating losses with Xactimate and carrier requirements.
• Proficiency with DocuSketch or similar 3D documentation tools.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, adjusters, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive reconstruction opportunities after mitigation handoff and prioritize leads.
• Respond to residential and light commercial losses, including after-hours when needed.
• Act as front-line sales rep for reconstruction team on various loss sizes.
• Perform site inspections to assess damage and gather scope docs for estimates.
• Capture comprehensive field data: photos, measurements, environmental notes, and plans.
