Dryworx Water Damage Restoration in Oregon seeks a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee the rebuild phase after mitigation. You will coordinate with customers, project coordinators, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has construction or PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or project management, restoration/reconstruction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with insurance adjusters is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reconstruction phase of projects after mitigation is completed.
• Work closely with customers to understand wants, needs, and potential upgrades.
• Collaborate with project coordinators on scheduling subcontractors and timelines.
• Ensure budgets established by insurance adjusters are followed.
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Prioritize time management to oversee multiple projects efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the rebuild process with empathy and professionalism.
