As a Construction Project Estimator with Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients. You will manage various functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph damages.
• Develop and write estimates including all necessary construction services to restore structures and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all communications with customers and clients.
• Coordinate with adjusters and clients for project approvals and authorizations.
• Ensure estimates comply with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of each project, including photos.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with scope clarification when needed.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous construction experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective communication skills
• At least two years of Xactimate experience, including sketching (Required)

Skills and Physical Demands

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk, stand, drive, sit, and climb ladders for inspections and photos
• Ability to work in loud environments
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law
