As a Construction Project Estimator with Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to all customers and clients. You will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph damages.
• Develop/write estimates including all required construction services for restoration.
• Document all communications with customers and clients.
• Coordinate with adjusters and clients for project approvals.
• Ensure estimates comply with plans, specifications, codes, and scope of work.
• Properly document each project with photos and reports.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous construction experience
• Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch (Required)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

• Ability to work in extreme conditions and climb ladders
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods, including driving and sitting
• Exposure to loud noise levels
• Ability to pass a background check
