Job summary

The Restoration House of Raleigh, LLC is seeking a disciplined Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and remodeling projects in the Raleigh area. You will guide projects from homeowner introduction through final walkthrough, balancing schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

This role requires adaptability, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects moving despite unforeseen site conditions and changing plans.

Qualifications

Experience leading residential restoration/remodeling projects.
Strong ability to manage schedules, costs, and quality.
Excellent communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple residential restoration/remodeling projects from initiation through completion.
Review estimates, scopes of work, photos, and daily logs to stay aligned.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and plan material needs.
Maintain project schedule, budget, and client experience.
Coordinate change orders and approvals when scope changes occur.
