Job summary

Frontier Services Group in Houston is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee daily field production, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules to ensure timely, quality project completion. You will manage budgets and buyout, while ensuring safety compliance and efficient production.

The role focuses on delivering field results and adherence to OSHA policies, with no responsibility for estimating or financial draws.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associates or bachelors in construction management or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in residential or commercial construction field management or site supervision.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 required. IICRC WRT or FSRT preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, scheduling tools. Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily job site activities and subcontractor schedules.
• Maintain the production schedule and ensure on-time progress for each phase.
• Address field issues, delays, and resolve site conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Conduct job site meetings, inspections, and ensure quality expectations are met.
• Assign work orders, ensure subcontractors understand scope and timing expectations.
