Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional PM or construction education is a plus.
• 2+ years of PM experience in construction, remodeling, restoration, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based PM tools.
• Experience with restoration software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate field operations with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, approvals, material orders, and project records.
• Communicate project updates with property owners, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and proactively address scheduling, budget, or scope issues.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate daily activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Support continuous process improvement and assist with additional projects as assigned.
