Reconstruction Experts is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee project planning, scheduling, and field leadership. The role focuses on safety, quality, and coordination with subcontractors across diverse reconstruction projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and project management tools. On-site responsibilities include safety oversight and ensuring design compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a solid understanding of building systems and civil work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in construction science/construction management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Procore experience highly regarded; strong computer skills including MS Excel, MS Project, Word, Outlook; Bluebeam a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preconstruction planning, including materials, safety, and labor; conduct site visits as needed.
• Create and manage project schedules and guide the team to start-up smoothly.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction labor, foremen, and subcontractors for safety and quality.
• Oversee safety and design specifications; coordinate subcontractor work and progress.
• Inspect work progress and sites to verify safety and design adherence.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to field staff; interact with owners and designers.
• Conduct safety meetings and manage the closeout process.
