Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on producing accurate estimates using Xactimate, writing scopes, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, with at least 2 years in recon construction or mitigation, IICRC certification, and a valid driver's license. This is a full‑time position with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation (water, fire)
• 2+ years' experience in Xactimate
• IICRC certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Managing and organizing documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
