DRYmedic Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator who is detail oriented and reliable to join our restoration team. The candidate will prepare estimates in Xactimate and coordinate with adjusters and internal resources to support project execution.

Ideal applicants have 2+ years in recon construction or mitigation, Xactimate proficiency, and an IICRC certification. This is a full-time onsite position with opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recon construction and/or mitigation experience (water, fire; mold a plus).
• 2+ years' experience in Xactimate.
• IICRC certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Xactimate.
• Perform and revise audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Manage and organize documentation.
• Build and utilize Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate with adjusters to finalize estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
