DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Estimator who is detail oriented and reliable. You will create estimates in Xactimate, perform audits per insurance guidelines, and write scopes while managing schedules and budgets.

You will also coordinate internal resources and third parties, and communicate with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in reconstruction or mitigation and hold IICRC certification, with a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation (water/fire; mold a plus).
• 2+ years’ experience in Xactimate.
• IICRC certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Xactimate.
• Perform and revise audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write scopes and manage within schedule and budget in Xactimate.
• Manage and organize project documentation.
• Build and use Dash to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate with adjusters to finalize estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for projects.

• Creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.

Qualifications
