Job summary

DRYmedic® Restoration Services in Michigan is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator who is detail-oriented and reliable. You will prepare estimates, audits, and scopes using Xactimate, coordinating with insurance adjusters and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in recon construction or mitigation, Xactimate expertise, and an active IICRC certification, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in reconstruction construction and/or mitigation (water, fire).
• 2+ years' experience in Xactimate.
• IICRC certified.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Xactimate.
• Perform and audit estimates per insurance guidelines.
• Write scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Manage and organize project documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate with adjusters to finalize estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.

Responsibilities

• Creating estimates in Xactimate.
• Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
• Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
• Managing and organizing documentation.
• Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
• Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
• 2+ years' experience in Xactimate
• IICRC certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
