Job summary

Servpro of Duncanville/DeSoto is seeking a Construction Project Estimator to deliver accurate restoration estimates and oversee a range of on-site construction tasks. You will meet with customers, document damages, and prepare estimates that align with plans, codes, and scope.

Responsibilities include inspecting damages, communicating with adjusters, photographing sites, and ensuring documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch, required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with strong communication.
• Previous construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages.
• Gain confidence with customers.
• Develop/write an estimate to include all construction services required.
• Document all communications and follow-ups with customers and clients at least twice weekly.
• Communicate with adjusters and clients for approvals/authorizations.
• Ensure estimate complies with plans, codes, and scope requirements.
• Document each project with photos.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed for scope explanations.
• Follow the claim from inspection to close with documentation.
