Responsibilities include site inspections, detailed estimates, identifying missing scope items early, managing supplements, and coordinating with production while keeping customers and insurance stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

• Xactimate proficiency is required.
• Estimating experience in restoration or construction is required.
• Professional communication and strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections, moisture/condition observations, measurements and photos.
• Create detailed Xactimate estimates and scope narratives.
• Identify missing scope items early and reduce re-work.
• Manage supplements with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with production on sequence, trade needs, and timelines.
• Communicate updates to customers and insurance stakeholders.
• Maintain organized job files and estimating notes.
