Green Fleet Services Inc. is seeking a Reconstruction Estimator to develop detailed repair estimates for insurance-related property losses in the Lancaster/Nottingham area.

The role requires advanced skills in Xactimate and Symbility, precise scope development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, taking measurements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, and coordinating with insurance adjusters.

Formación

• Strong experience in construction or restoration estimating.
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating platforms used by carriers and contractors.
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and adjuster workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect damaged properties and document conditions.
• Prepare detailed reconstruction estimates.
• Determine labor, material, and time requirements for repairs.
• Develop scopes of work for drywall, flooring, roofing, and structural repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters on pricing, scope and approvals.
• Manage estimate supplements and identify missing items.
• Support transition from estimating to production and reconstruction.
