AutoNation is seeking a Reconditioning Manager to oversee the PDI, reconditioning, and recall processing for Used/New vehicles. You will supervise technicians and porters, coordinate with parts and service teams, and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle readiness that meets our appearance standards.

The role emphasizes efficient workflow, accurate estimates, and compliance with company policies while driving vehicle gross and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle reconditioning, PDI, or recall processing is preferred.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with service, parts, and lot operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reconditioning, PDI, and Recall processing for all vehicles.
• Supervise technicians and porters; assign work and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to AutoNation standards and timely completion of tasks.
